just to say that I put my virgin SIM in the HTC S620 and switched on, got msg saying phone is locked, insert unlock code, I did this and it said subsystem locked, insert unlock code, I did and phone tried to contact BT to set up broadband and failed. then I tried to make a call with the SIM I had inserted and, BINGO, all is well.

Worked first time!! after being told locally that..a) it cant be done or b) it will cost £45 and take a week.. absolutly brilliant service
